This Sunday we start a short season of classics, starting with Roman Polanskis’ THE TENANT. A set in an apartment in an imposing building filled with sinister residents Trelkovsky moves into an apartment saturate in an unseemly past, the story plays on the main protagonists neurosis and his disintegrating mental state leaving view not quite knowing what is real and what is imagined. Next up is HENERY PORTRAIT OF A SEIREAL KILLER another film that plays on the views perceptions of what’s real and what’s imagined but from a realist perspective. With the usual free popcorn and rum.
