RUDE BOY & THE FILTH AND THE FURY

40 YEARS OF PUNK DOUBLE BILL 


This week we celebrate 40 years of punk, first up RUDE BOY featuring The Clash. Directed by Jack Hazan and David Mingay filmed as a fictional documentary RUDE BOY follows the band on their ‘Clash on Patrol’ and ‘Sort it Out’ UK tours of 1978 and their headline slot at ROCK AGAINST RACISM carnival, as documentation of a unique period in British music history this film is essential viewing for music fans, with the music of Joe Strummer and Mick Jones you couldn’t ask for more. Next up is THE FILTH AND THE FURY the story of the SEX PISTOLS from suburbia to San Francisco, the make-ups to the final break-up. With the usual free popcorn and rum.
